It’s either a paradox of my faith or perhaps it’s one of the English language.
How can IN = OUT?
Every morning, I have the opportunity to enter IN to God’s presence and connect with Him. Now, in all reality, He is omnipresent, which means that I can’t really enter in to His presence since He is everywhere. 🙂 However, I can enter into conversation. Communion. Communication. Connection.
The paradox is that I enter IN to this connection each morning during prayer, but then I live OUT of that time for the rest of my day. Â I’m living in His presence and out of His presence.
I wish there was a better way to describe this with fewer words, but we each have a daily opportunity to walk out what He speaks to us each day during prayer. Â Each day, however, we choose to enter in before we can walk it out.
Here’s my challenge to you: Are you entering in? Â We are most effective when we are living out of all that He’s given us, but we don’t access it without entering in.
Enter in today. Live your life out of His presence today. Do it today.
Reference: Much has changed in my life since I first started understanding that I have the privilege of living out of Heaven each day. This became real a couple of weeks ago. Read my last entry, Today I Die, to get a glimpse into what changed everything.
